My Account

Click My Account Top right corner -> Click Account Details.  You can change your password in the Password change box.

Click the Signup at top right of site:

After clicking, put your user name, email and password. Then click Register.

Click My Account in the Top Menu. Your personal dashboard will appear. From your account dashboard you can view your recent orders, manage your shipping and billing addresses, and edit your password and account details.

Click login and look for a link Lost your password?

Please click it and enter your username or email address. You will receive a link to create a new password via email.

Purchasing Process

Connect SmartID will only provide refund if the goods are hugely damaged on first delivery. Refund process is offline. Video and photo is a must to determine the extend of the damage. Finally resolution will depend on the management of Connect Smart ID.

If your item is sent out, you are not allowed to cancel your order.

Please quickly contact us before we ship the item. Once the item is shipped, cancellation is not allowed.

After successfully placing your order, we will fulfill the order with the shipment company. Once it is confirmed, there will be an tracking number to track the cargo. This tracking number will be emailed to you as well the link to track the movement of the goods.

Click on Shop and choose the products you like. Then click Add Cart. Once you are satisfied with your product, click check out. Enter your email, delivery information 

There is no change of mind after the item is shipped. However, if the item is not shipped, we are able to provide you a discount coupon equivalent of your initial paid amount. This will allow you to purchase another product of the same or higher value. There will not be a refund of payment. 

For Malaysia, we offer local domestic express delivery from Kuala Lumpur.

For the rest of the world, we offer international delivery.

Shipping & Delivery

It depends on your location of delivery. Typically, for Asia’s delivery, it will be around 1 week. For further destinations like Europe/US/Middle East/Africa/Oceania, it will probably take 2-3 weeks.

Payment Methods

We offer multiple payment methods:

  1. Credit Cards
  2. Paypal
  3. Direct Bank Transfer

Connect SmartID can accept Visa Mastercard, American Express, Discover JCB ,Diners Club, China UnionPay credit and debit cards and finally credit cards accepted by paypal.

Go to My Account and the dashboard menu will appear. Go look for Payment methods. Click Delete for the credit card details you wish to remove.

Connect SmartID does not keep credit card details. The credit card saving feature is offered by the payment gateway like Stripe.
